Rise flag if one or more points (from above) will not be within the timelines and/or need more days or assistance from sponsors and/or managers. Create and monitor project plans, timelines, budget, resources and process tracking based on the timelines from contract. The Mockshop and StyleShoots solutions are easy to use and help us to make significant time and cost savings in our visual merchandising and photography. Formulate & document recommendations into specific templates/sheets of Visual Retailing to share with the customer as base for upcoming work/process. Analyse and translate process and data to match with MockShop / ShopShape functionality to get the customers’ requests/needs fulfilled. For exemple, preparation for prospects includes sometimes: set up environment of prospect data, fixtures and demo store for the salesman, to convince the prospect with his own products and not with demo products Prepare and hold meetings with clients (prospects and customers) and collect information about the client’s business process, IT landscape and data usage (business process analyses, interviews, surveys, reports, RFI etc.) *.
