My apologies if this has been resolved, but the only thread I can find is the only one I want to talk and this does not seem to resolve. If duplex is set, I have the option when I select print in the program, but the margins are narrowed. I tried to change the settings of the printer, as suggested in the thread precedent, but if these are defined that only, I don't get the option to print on both sides.

I am running Windows 7, get the number of Word and Acrobat Pro 11 13. It seems to be to reproduce the same problem as the previous user, but I followed the resolution proferred in this thread, and the problem persists. You indicated that you could not communicate with the printer, but I can tell that it prints a blank page of the word. The printer is connected to the computer via a USB cable I'm not currently using the wireless feature.
